Customers who are respected will be able to get a replacement for the goods as long as they meet the following conditions:
1) If there are major problems with the product, like it being broken, the wrong size, not working, not looking like the picture, etc., you can get a new one.
2) Everything about the item is still there, even the box.
3) Asked to check the item immediately after getting it from the delivery man. On top of that, you have 24 hours to file a complaint by email at support@theaccessoriesmart.com or by calling 01856113876.
When to deliver
- If the buyer is in Dhaka city, the product or service will be sent within 1-2 working days of payment. If the buyer is outside Dhaka, it will take 3–4 days.
- Delivering delays can be caused by things like political unrest, events, government limits, lockdowns, public holidays, and so on.
- Deliveries of precious and sensitive items, like electronics, home appliances, decorations, dishes, and so on, may cost more than deliveries of other items.
- If a delivery fails because the customer was careless or for some other reason, the customer will have to pay both the return transport fees and the re-delivery fees.
- If you pay in advance (research or rocket), the order will be cancelled unless the product is out of stock or the buyer wants to take it. You will get your money back from the number you used to pay in advance.
